this is awesome!!! do u have any tips for cleans, i can clean but i struggle with getting my shoulders underneath and elbows high i have had literally 6 S&C coaches try to fix it and no luck 😭

Literally practice practice practice…. Note: Think strong core (brace) throughout… controlled start … powerful finish. Focus on your triple extension- as your hips come through (once your quads/glutes flex), almost pull the barbell backwards once the barbell reaches your hip- thinking this/exaggerating it, will make you have a smoother catch- lastly, very quick elbows. Literally punch them forward for an that easy catch. -Hope this helps.
