how did you meet your partner? i'll go first! 10 years ago when we were both 16, kevin and i both won the english schools championships in triple jump i sent him a well done tweet and he sent me a dm asking how i'm getting to the next competition the following week we took a 4 hour train journey and chatted the WHOLE way everyone said we should get together and we were like "NOooo WeRe JusTT FriENDS!!" we both lived in manchester, but trained on opposite tracks in rival clubs it was giving athletics romeo and juliet but we stayed great friends, and spoke every day 5 years into our friendship he told me he liked me and we got married 3 years ago :) he runs the 400m and is a music producer ( a song he produced was just in day of the jackal which was cool !! ) we usually train together and while i'm casting he's making music you can check it out here https://www.youtube.com/@metzmusic1657

Thatās a lovely story. I especially like the friends first then it grew into something more. I met my wife through āItās Just Lunchā dating service. She was my first date and I was her fourth.

Perhaps ahead of many. Not all. It was 1999 when we met. I heard about it from my coworker at Pixel Farm. He met his wife through a dating service. Different one though. Having a song featured in a show must be an amazing level unlock for your beau! Has it lead to any other opportunities?

super interesting!! is pixel farm an animation studio is/was that your profession? is art your background? and yeah he was super thrilled about it, we bought a streaming subscription just to hear the song play in the background for a minute š¤£ but it was an awesome feeling! more opportunities have came about through a few songs going viral its all quite new to him though as he started in lockdown although he was classically trained in piano he didnāt know how to produce but quickly learned

Totally worth the sub fee just to experience that! Pixel Farm is a postproduction studio. I used to work as an animator. Now I teach. My passion has always been art. Though I am a restless soul. Once I figure something out I start looking for a new challenge. Programming is one area where I struggle. I have not been able to achieve a level of mastery I am satisfied with. What brought you to Farcaster?
