how did you meet your partner? i'll go first!

10 years ago when we were both 16, kevin and i both won the english schools championships in triple jump

i sent him a well done tweet and he sent me a dm asking how i'm getting to the next competition the following week

we took a 4 hour train journey and chatted the WHOLE way

everyone said we should get together and we were like "NOooo WeRe JusTT FriENDS!!"

we both lived in manchester, but trained on opposite tracks in rival clubs it was giving athletics romeo and juliet

but we stayed great friends, and spoke every day

5 years into our friendship he told me he liked me 

and we got married 3 years ago :) 

he runs the 400m and is a music producer ( a song he produced was just in day of the jackal which was cool !! ) 

we usually train together and while i'm casting he's making music

That’s a lovely story. I especially like the friends first then it grew into something more. 

I met my wife through “It’s Just Lunch” dating service. She was my first date and I was her fourth.

Perhaps ahead of many. Not all. It was 1999 when we met. I heard about it from my coworker at Pixel Farm. He met his wife through a dating service. Different one though. 

Having a song featured in a show must be an amazing level unlock for your beau! Has it lead to any other opportunities?
