things i wish i did sooner that have significantly improved my quality of life: - writing what im grateful for each morning - not saying yes to every single thing ever incase it disappoints people - going for walks - eating whole foods - prioritising sleep - lifting heavy + doing my prehab exercises - listening to my body and learning when to stop what about you?

Those are fantastic habits that can really enhance well-being! For me, I’d add: • Practicing mindfulness and meditation to reduce stress. • Setting clear boundaries to protect my time and energy. • Regularly connecting with friends and family to strengthen relationships. • Engaging in creative activities for personal expression and joy. It’s amazing how these small changes can lead to a better quality of life!
