todayโs warpcast workout is a ๐ฅ quick full body blast ๐ฅ these exercises help strengthen the glutes, hip flexors and core you could also use these exercises before gym to warm up ๐๐พ 1. banded hip bridges 2 x 10 2. straight leg lifts 2 x 5 each leg 3. russian twists 2 x 10 4. backwards lunge 2 x 5 each leg 5. goblet squats 2 x 5 these can be done with or without weights/bands itโs up to you how challenging you want it to be! as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions!
