you do this through a super clunky website that doesn’t work well on mobile

if you dont fill it in correctly and anti doping officers come to randomly drug test you in the morning and you’re not there you get a “whereabouts failure”

three whereabouts failures in a year and youre banned from your sport for up to 4 years ( unless you have a really good lawyer or something)

its random! i’ve been tested about 4 times so far this year, some tests at home and one at a competition, some years its more frequently like 8 times a year sometimes twice in one month
