In the past few weeks, three different people have separately recommended that I read this book about the past and future of the internet by @cdixon.eth.

I have a rule that after three recommendations it is a sign so I am planning to get a copy and read it. Looks interesting and I feel that anyone who spends a lot of time on the internet (most of us now, really) should try and understand it in a deep manner rather than just interacting on surface level.

I made more highlights in that book than any other in recent memory. Not so much that I learned anything new (I’ve been a student of blockchains for sometime now) but because he explains it with such clarity that a lot of things clicked for me in ways it hasn’t before and it helped me craft a narrative for how to speak to crypto skeptics.
