Use case: I log in with one email, and can manage different newsletters with different subscribers etc

Or do I need to create a second account using a different email or wallet?

You’ll need to create a second account, but you can add your main account to this second accounts “team”. This would let you login to your main account and toggle to the other one easily

Hoping to simplify this in the future!

not that i know of. but you can have multiple communities under one publication.

I had the same issue, I think you still need one account for each publication
