Ok so here's my latest plan to procrastinate: I will switch back to Windows as host OS, then run either Hyper-V or VMWare hypervisors. Linux VMs for personal stuff, another for nightjob stuff (coz you guys are always trying to hack me), a hot wallet VM and a cold wallet VM. Windows host for the GUI performance 🖖

Honestly I've had more issues on Linux than windows though... But that seems to be because Ubuntu is dumb

Usually when I have issues is my fault. Now I have a cluster of machines with slackware 15 and double ssd in raid each. Data on NASes with dual or more disks and proper cooling Problems gone Whenever something brakes I replace a ssd or machine Thinking of doing the same with my raspberrypis

I think it's Ubuntu and its use of snaps that's the problem: https://warpcast.com/rjs/0xb8d92b0c

I ditched ubuntu as soon as they became to comercial. Started on slackware in college and is my go to distro for serious projects. On the other side I spin up my kali linux virtual machine to doublecheck if it is a distro problem or just some hickup
