Made an exception for processed carbs today to try Thai "Kao soi" strongly encouraged by me from a local at my coworking space. I forgot to take a picture until the end. I know where I'm going my next cheat day though.

I've been eating healthy carbs for around the past 4 years which I greatly prefer to low carbs. There's plenty of healthy high-fiber carbs in vegetables, legumes (Chickpeas, beans, lentils), etc. anywhere in the world. - In Colombia I did a lot of healthy bowls, e.g. bandeja paisa type dishes without the rice - In Thailand I'm doing a lot of stir frys, e.g. Order of chicken and steamed veggies, and soups It would be possible to do truly no carb here if you ate only meat/fish and more expensive, harder to find.
