I'm excited for the 1st open programmable group chats on web with Signal level security! 

I'm interested to learn more about the decision to settle on @base? For decentralization @gnosischain, @optimism, @arbitrum, etc. seem further along in distributing their networks.

Is the plan that @base will continue to decentralize?
