From what I learned from @pmarca (1:38:55) tech companies must have a member from the government as part of their team to make sure they are aligned with the governments messaging and policies.

- It seems like a similar strategy would also apply to code that is written and published within the country as well.
- This may be different for smaller startups until they grow to a certain size. It'd be interesting to learn more.
