what do you think or feel when you read or see the word 'lowercase' and/or when you see something written entirely in lowercase text?

I interpret and use lowercase to write sarcastically. When the context suggests no sarcasm is present I interpret it as the person is sending a quick message because they don't have the time/energy to share a more thorough message at that time.
