How do you execute transactions over $1,000 with 2 signers, and transactions under $1,000 with just 1 signer (with delay)?

Use a spend limit of 1,000 USD for both approval accounts. >1,000 USD the @safe will follow the default m-of-n defined approval rules. https://help.safe.global/en/articles/40842-set-up-and-use-spending-limits

Thanks for the clarification; I initially thought the m/n approval scheme applied universally. I've been reviewing various Safe Funding programs lately and have found many intriguing projects. However, some appear to be deprecated, and others raise concerns due to a lack of audits or ongoing maintenance. Could you recommend any resources that could assist with my DD in this area?

Yup. There's many experiments built with Safe without audits that are designed to prove a new concept or tech and not meant for production yet. It's important for builders to clearly communicate this to avoid security risk which can sometimes be unclear. What types of @safe products/services are you looking for specifically? Here's where I start when looking for/at new Safe tech. - Safe's X account for product announcements if having to do with the native app.safe.global app: https://x.com/safe - The ecosystem view is a good place to start for longer existing Safe apps: https://safe.global/ecosystem - Safe builders Telegram (I'll DM you) and Safe Forum to ask questions after my initial research: https://forum.safe.global

I’ve been exploring the Safe Funding Programs, and I started with the Notion page linked from the homepage (https://safe-global.notion.site/Safe-Funding-Programs-7a14a7403f1f44f0bfb236a7521dac91) as my reference. This led me to discover various Safe modules. One of my favorites, outside the standard Safe-owned modules, is from candide.dev. I’m definitely planning to leverage the 4337 specs for the account designs I’m working on (passkeys, 2fa's etc). I spent an entire day focusing on account design, which is why I had the question earlier about signers and spending limits. Is there a complete list of Safe Modules that you have available?

I'll connect you to the Safe ecosystem lead and Candide Labs team. I'm not aware of any resources that work to be a holistic list for module development. It would be great if someone did this.
