How do you execute transactions over $1,000 with 2 signers, and transactions under $1,000 with just 1 signer (with delay)?

Thanks for the clarification; I initially thought the m/n approval scheme applied universally.

I've been reviewing various Safe Funding programs lately and have found many intriguing projects. However, some appear to be deprecated, and others raise concerns due to a lack of audits or ongoing maintenance. 

Could you recommend any resources that could assist with my DD in this area?

I mean't with Safe of 2/2 where you could auto-sign (?) if threshold is e.g. <$1000
