So if no one else will, I’ll pop the all-encompassing, theory-of-everything question in this channel. 

What’s your bench max?

Nice. I used to prioritize it, until blood pressure became a problem. It was then that I realized there’s a health trade off.

My best *actual* max was something like 265. I do not max out anymore, ever. There's no point. My estimated max according to my rep maxes is ~280-290 I guess. I don't really prioritize bench like I used to, and I'm enjoying db work and getting weighted dips moving
