The tension between “think long and hard about the why” and “just build, build, build” is strong.

What do you mean “think long and hard about the why?” I certainly feel tension between “build, iterate, build” and “long term strategy/vision” - hard to do both at the same time. I find it helpful to block time for long term thinking.
