Huberman, Bryan Johnson, and the “protocolization” of health is as damaging to 20-somethings as instagram is to high schoolers. There’s nothing more depressing than over optimizing your life for the sake of optimization itself (I have a feeling this app will not like this take)

Its a necessary part of the pendulum. Eventually the "protocols" come down to: Get outside Eat good food Move Talk with people you like Look at yourself Which is all things they should be doing anyway. They'll get tired of the protocols and just lead healthful, interesting lives.
