I turned my kid’s bedroom into a blackhole - zero light to be found anywhere. Heavy blackouts, every little light taped off (eg fire alarm)… you can’t even see your own hand. And it worked!

Highly recommend if you’re having trouble getting your little human to nap/sleep.

It is a good solution. I still sleep totally in the dark, any kind of light or sound wakes me up. When I was little, my mother had to cover a glass in my bedroom door with black cardboard so I could sleep.
