I feel it’s a pivotal point in the journey of every exerciser where it stops being something you have to hype up for and instead becomes a thing you look forward to. 

And that’s when the sad bitch songs come out.  I have a playlist I named SAD SONGS FOR SICK PUMPS. I will beat the shit out my worthless stupid body

I got into exercise because I knew I was ugly, and I wanted to be hot so I wouldn’t die alone

Unfortunately I loved it so much I got traps and delts, swung right back into being ugly again. 

BUT it’s still a W because I’m ugly and STRONG and no longer care as much about dying alone because I realized we all do
