in what sense? I mean, the expectation is gradual improvement over time, I don't expect the impact valuation to be perfect from the start

I wouldn't expect the funder to determine internal proportion of contribution. But those creating the public good can (and should) come to an internal consensus on relative contributions (perhaps as a condition to getting funding). But yes, more data is always better

i don't think we will ever really know what the "buyer" / funder really wants as valuation is subjective and relational - imo just provide as many indicators and metrics as possible of the work and go from there
