One thing we believe is that as automation picks up we’ll need some form of UBI to maintain social stability (whether through welfare or direct payment) Crypto can act as a sort of UBI by turning passively generated data into wealth - one of our weirder takes on the web3 future

Tbh I don't think UBI would work if we have automation. This is an issue I was think about prob 20 years ago - if corporations have full control over production (and therefore lots of political power) why would they agree to give up any significant $ (beyond maybe keeping ppl from starvation) for UBI?
