Something I've embraced the past few years is that I'm naturally a late sleeper (best thinking and most productive hours for work late at night). I used to feel bad about it (e.g. not working hard enough) and forced myself to make early morning meetings but reality is my brain doesn't function well then and that's okay

Totally agree. Sleeping without an alarm clock felt like granting myself a luxury (which I still believe it to be), but everything about the day goes so much smoother. I don't even always wake up "late", but I wake up when I'm done sleeping
