when you did that, where would you expect the tip to go? just the hosts individually, or into a shared pot, or ???

If (when) channels are decentralized, they could easily have addresses.

well I think you could accomplish this today by creating a split of the channel hosts - it’s an address you too that goes to the hosts…the question imo is what’s the expectation of tipping a channel? *should* tips go to the hosts?

That’s a *great* question. 300 $degen One could create a @party and use it to host the channel. This might be what @boredcaster has been…? Still clunky for a simple channel, so it’s worth thinking through more.
