when you did that, where would you expect the tip to go? just the hosts individually, or into a shared pot, or ???

via a 1 of n or m of n multisig?

can any host distribute how they see fit, or does tip giving need approval of the majority of hosts?

multisig of hosts that has some implied social pressure of being used towards growing the channel and not self dealt

well I think you could accomplish this today by creating a split of the channel hosts - it’s an address you too that goes to the hosts…the question imo is what’s the expectation of tipping a channel? *should* tips go to the hosts?

If (when) channels are decentralized, they could easily have addresses.
