What are some daily habits that made the biggest difference in your daily routine in the past 2 years? I'll start, surprisingly trying to get to inbox zero everyday & keeping in touch with friends from all over (school, work, crypto, etc)

when faced with a tricky decision, delay it for a few mins. Basically dont fight or flight, just sleep it over , as it says in YC

Each morning, before work, I go out to a local coffee shop and work on a personal coding project or read a book. I've gone from almost never doing either to getting in a little bit of each each day.

Exercise with a high intensity activity, clears the mind, pumps endorphins and helps brush away any spiraling negative thoughts or concerns. Also helped bring clarity that there is life beyond what I am building and to remain engaged with it.
