I have been toying with the idea of a Hypersub subscription based on my /books reading list. However, my previous experience with Substack (I wrote a weekly newsletter for ~2 years) makes me hesitate. Towards the end the newsletter became less fun, but I felt obligated to keep going since I had paying subscribers.

Sometimes I feel getting paid to do something makes it less fun, but on the other hand, I like getting paid for things I love doing. Little confused, what do subscribers get here?
