I’ve become a bit obsessed lately with setting arbitrary fitness milestones and trying to beat my high score. Today’s challenge: complete 100 body weight squats and pushups as quickly as possible. Easy to do at home and while traveling. Give it a shot!

I would love to see the squats with added weights, not just body weight. Try lightweight with an explosive training technique. For the pushups, try to do some variations so that you hit all parts of the pectoralis.

Good idea. Maybe a kettlebell. My home gym has a push up floor pad with handles, like this:
