In video calls, do you default to camera off or camera on? Why? Does it differ depending on who you’re meeting?

For almost 2 years it was camera off. Now for almost 6 months it is default camera on and it’s never been better. My concentration on calls is higher and conversations are better. Plus I feel less zoom fatigue
