Canada will have 3 Prime Ministers this year. I'm putting my money on #2 being Chrystia Freeland, though she will likely only serve for a few weeks until the election happens in May and Pierre Poilivievre and the Conservative Party win. For you Americans, Poilivievre (or as some of us call him, PP) might look familiar cause it's almost as if he was separated at birth from Speaker of the House MAGA Mike Johnson.

Elmo can only give $1750 per candidate luckily. He does have Canadian citizenship, so will get a vote. I could see him just being very vocal about the election as his move. Won't really matter as PP will win regardless.

PP voted against legislation that would have made diabetic medication free for 3.7 million Canadians. I loathe him.

Yea, he sucks. He is kinda like MAGA lite....not quite as evil as Trump, but not a traditional conservative either. Perhaps in between. I don't think any medications are free here, are they?

He’s a lifelong politician with absolutely zero experience outside of that bubble doing anything of value. As greasy as they come. Not sure. But I certainly think insulin and other life-sustaining drugs absolutely should be and it’s terrible and predatory that they’re not.
