I find Kundalini to be the most powerful because you have targeted control over stacking sequences to alter or correct for imbalance in your energetic state. You’re not just plugging into the breath but you’re using the arms and core to move it through the body, and you can tell very distinctly how different patterns produce different energetic frequencies.

there isn’t a one size fits all practice with respect to breathwork — the impact is as nuanced as the context and the technique. certain practices will unlock totally differently depending on what’s done before and after. anything that’s like “this or that breath” is too reductive imo to be considered “breathwork.” and over time will reduce in efficacy to reset mental patterns. like you can’t just do squats and expect to have a great physique.
