As part of the /books x /outcasts giveaway @ /farcon, I'm sourcing ~lots~ of used books from local businesses. I've got a long list already but am always open to recommendations. What are some titles I should buy to give away to attendees? What book do you wish someone had handed you and said "here, read this"

taking lists to used bookstores and hunting for the ones they have is such a fun game! did it with obama’s list for a few years. on that note, dreams from my father — the book he wrote in his early 30s before any fame— is fab. it contains so much power, like a light you can always turn on from within.
