Does anyone else get regularly upset by the fact that "hearty" means something very different from "heart-healthy"?

the conceptual meanings are pretty similar. heart-health derives from a hearty life. hearty meals with hearty company. time spent in hearty pursuits and hearty discussions. a hearty disposition. you can eat well and exercise etc but your heart will be weaker without the above.
