Just that the real world can’t be put into a blockchain — ie: if fallible human input is required, then the trust assumptions of the system change. However, for example, if you wanted to tokenise chunks of energy that are coming out of solar panels to verify that they’re renewable, that I can get behind.

Yea I think this is a reasonable take. My first thought is 1) how many of the inputs would fall in that bucket? And 2) are there any mechanisms that check for errors and data manipulation? Continued… 👇

For 1) I imagine IOT will remove the human in many instances, i.e. sensors that have their own fraud proof. 2) DONs or decentralized oracle networks essentially enables market participants to reach consensus about the quality of data from data providers. Slashing is used to disincentivize fraudulent or errored data.
