post-reading jonathan haidt, time to play devil's advocate current web2 social: like/reply-performance algo -> increased unhealthy social comparison -> increased anxiety, polarization, depression the core design elements of most web3 social is $, which can bring out even worse in people and this is good? discuss :)

another major problem associated with web2 social algo - increase in consumption bias and echo chambers. circular and obsessive behavior. - encourages general dishonesty - indirect focus on $ for public accounts crypto fixes this 😂 no it doesn’t. but i don’t necessarily think it brings out worse attributes.
