Many reasons. They are different tools. - rotki is not just EVM. tracks CEXes, other chains such as substrate and bitcoin. Also can track anythign you want via manual balances. Banks, stocks, what have you. It's a universal management tool. - is opensource - is local - you own your data. Nobody tracks you
