This might sound like a bad take, but I think the best managers or economist are gang leaders. Funny thing is that they don't even graduate business schools but able to run million-dollar empires. Take Pablo Escobar, for example: he was making about $420 million a week and was worth $25 billion, making him one of the richest men ever. He was so rich that he once offered to pay off his country's debt, and on a cold night, he burned $2 million just to keep his daughter warm lol.

Haha same, but if you dig deep to their business models is very interesting. many books written on this topic. For example Narconomics: How to Run a Drug Cartet by Tom Wainwright and many more.
