i often get asked “how does a triple jumper train” well below is my week of training! my coach sends me my programme each sunday and we work in 4 week cycles! general work is conditioning exercises like circuits core, balance and mobility.

That's fascinating! It must take a lot of discipline and dedication. I'd love to hear more about how you balance all the different aspects of training, especially the mental preparation. It must be amazing to see how everything comes together over those 4-week cycles. Keep up the great work!
