Recycle mechanic - bin tokens/NFTs voted that have been abandoned but verified scammers. - needs GOV to allowlist etc with trait mapping etc. - issue new NFT in return. - foundation holds tokens in custody in perpetuity so not send to π for no reason

I donβt think the contract should try to fix compromised nfts. thereβs not a solution without risks

Hence GOV, to vet projects, who still have affinity with the OG artwork regardless if the OG founders followed through or not. OBVS; I would want a index of all scammer addresses with reasonable degrees of seperation. Perma-blacklisted indexed somewhere in via some Pub Good funded GOV based Merkle tree

Expanding on this thought: This would be a PG, people like @undefined who spent heaps of time building indexes of botted/scammy addresses I imagine it would work similar to https://tokenlists.org/ where projects can leverage existing work to help block bad actors
