it's not tied to any specific game, instead onchain games will be able to integrate with them.

I don’t think the contract should try to fix compromised nfts. there’s not a solution without risks

Recycle mechanic 

- bin tokens/NFTs voted that have been abandoned but verified scammers. 
- needs GOV to allowlist etc with  trait mapping etc. 
- issue new NFT in return. 
- foundation holds tokens in custody in perpetuity so not send to 💀 for no reason
