They radiate with such peaceful power and authority. I've read that in some Taoist lineages (more Neidan oriented) they are believed to reside within the body, at the 3 Dantian, representing different stages of spiritual refinement and the transformation of Jing, Qi and Shen.

Woah, I've never seen this before. Reminds me of the "gathering of light" in, The Secret of the Golden Flower ... I love how succinctly this describes the natural flow of energy and breath.

It does not make sense to silo off various kinds of health from one another. Gut health and mental health and neurological health and immune health and endocrine health are all interrelated. The body is an ecosystem. The connectivity between different body systems, and how that plays into health and disease is something Traditional Chinese Medicine has always understood. The whole systems approach of ancient healing traditions is increasingly validated by modern research: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10059722/

👏 👏, Western medicine has its merit but one area that needs a lot of work is fragmentation due to over specialization. To be honest it happens not only in the medical field, but in areas like academia, law and technology to name a few. Expertise without integration is blindness in high resolution!

True nourishment comes from tuning in. A Celery juice cleanse might cool inflammation for one, but worsen cold stagnation in another. Your body isn’t a trend. Balance comes from knowing your constitution, not mimicking the hive. Eat for you, not the algorithm.

GM! Reflection of the day: A pattern I've noticed is Modern day nutrition trends move like a collective organism in crisis - low fat, then low sugar, now keto, high protein, high fiber. Each new wave is a reaction to the last, like a body chasing balance but missing the root. It's not wisdom, it’s a pendulum swinging. Cast 1/2

One hardens the Qi; the other lets it circulate. One resists flow. The other becomes it. Where are you enduring when you could be flowing? And where are you asked to stay, not to suffer, but to soften? There is wisdom in both, but they are not the same.

GM Reflection of the day: A pattern I see often in today’s society is endurism, mistaking quiet suffering for strength. It’s the habit of staying in misaligned situations when change is possible, believing that bearing pain makes us worthy. But this is not the same as true endurance. Endurance arises when a path cannot yet shift, and the only way is through. Endurism clings to stagnation when the spirit is quietly asking us to move. Cast 1/2

A sigil is focused intent distilled into symbol—then handed off to the subconscious, where real magick begins. This is the foundation of magick itself: embedding will into form, letting the deeper mind shape reality beneath awareness. You charge it, release it, and let it echo in the unseen. Here are some I made. Can you guess the intent?

This is the spirit of Hexagram 40 - Xie. It teaches that liberation comes not through force, but through clarity. Release doesn’t mean rejection, it means returning to natural flow. The storm passes. Tension dissolves. And space is made for movement again. Letting go of what drains is not an act of cruelty, but an act of care. The Way doesn't ask for guilt, it asks for honesty. What nourishes will remain. What no longer resonates will fall away, if given space.

Not all connections are meant to last. Some were formed in fear, some in pain, and some simply outgrew their purpose. When energy feels stuck, heavy, or misaligned, it’s often because these threads have lingered too long.
