filming these warpcast workouts every morning is now becoming my fave part of my day i love planning the exercises, answering any fitness questions and passing on the knowledge I’ve learned over 10 years🙏🏾 i actually dunno what made me start making them but thanks taking part and for encouraging me lol it would be cool to do something in person one day!!
