How do you guys manage your time as self employed/ artists/ whatever? I find it pretty challenging to set myself deadlines as i dont have clients and i fully rely on being excited about my projects in order to actually finish them as long as they are relevant also i have severe adhd so its not helping with the fact that i am basically my own boss and i am very forgiving towards myself

About the reward distribution on rounds heard a friend told me you can drop a complaint on the rounds channel maybe tag the channel owner too said he had a similar issue Hope it helps

unpopular answer, but i had to learn to do stuff even when i donβt feel like it excitement gets me started, but without the discipline i never finish it helps me a lot to break big projects down into nice little milestones oh, and exercise.

have a routine that involves other people to give your day some structure. this can be an exercise class that you don't miss for example. try to set external deadlines to hold yourself accountable. tell other people about the deadline. if you need help, we have /commitment
