All Im doing is eat high protein and fiber meals during the week, and then have my normal carbs on the weekend
For instance, I eat Rice on the weekends
I have an eating window too, it starts from 11am in the morning till 7pm in the evening
Being in a calorie deficit doesnβt mean you have to cut out a lot of foods, I just chose to cut out bread for a month but Iβve had it twice in March, eat more of potatoes, boiled or roasted plantains, vegetables, oat meal, fruits, Greek yogurt, eggs, etc etc 0 reply
