Anyone can recommend on how to >start< getting fit? Ever since Covid I gained a lot of weight. Went from a total stick to being 98kg. I'm not really interested in growing a lot of muscles or turning into a gym bro, just really want to lose some weight and gain more endurance. Is doing this bike/cycle thing enough?

Just start. It is in doing the work that we discover the work to be done.

This^ just do something you think you might enjoy. First thing I got into was gymnastic rings, felt more like playing than exercise and that got the ball rolling. Whatever you do, the first few weeks will be the hardest and you may not fully get into it until you start seeing progress, but then you'll be hooked.

Also whatever you do, don't overcomplicate it. Start simple. You don't need to avoid all sugar, just don't eat it all day. You don't need to fast, just don't overeat at every meal. You don't need to be putting up huge numbers in weight or miles or speed, just be active almost every day.
