Hi Belmin! I’m a TPM at a blockchain infra company during the day and moonlight as a web3 contributor. I’ve struggled to flex the skills I use in a centralized context (project mgmt, roadmapping, x-functional coordination, etc) to a decentralized context (eg in DAOs) where I don’t hold formal authority. Any tips?

Hey Morereese! 

Taking traditional skills into a DAO can be hard because it’s not always a clear process like we’re used to in traditional business especially if you’re working on things by yourself. Best advice would be to find a small group within the DAO and work on those initiatives together….

Definitely. I think the small group thing is huge. Despite crypto ethos and rhetoric around trustlessness, in reality it’s humans building and most of the time for humans to build  at their best it’s in small, dynamic high trust teams
