I get a little sad when I see that most people talking about NS are rich white people who don’t want to pay taxes It should be for those that are underserved and WANT to pay taxes to a new system that’s more fair and inclusive

Decent observation but seems surface level. Smart people who don’t want to pay taxes. Okay. Why don’t they want to pay them? Probably because the tax money is being wasted on things against their interests where they get nothing useful. Sounds like the underserved people are the same people.

What taxes could a network state charge which would be popular and worthwhile?

You can build a startup society too; there is literally nothing holding you back. By the way, none of the startup society founders that I've met is billionaire, not even millionaire. So, what are you talking about?

Agreed, most “implementations” out there are basically just tech startups for people who aren’t satisfied with chasing unicorns.
