I have the same issues and being a nomad doesn’t help. What has been helpful is, cutting coffee after 15. Also hot/cold/hot shower before going to bed. Taking magnesium and meditation does seem to help, but not 100% certain. Need more time to experiment.

I have only allowed myself one cup of coffee a day, early in the day, did 20+ years
