would guess that our biggest loss is around new grants that didn't deliver after a few weeks. if confirmed - might explore some sort of lock on initial funding until 1 month is reached. what do folks think of this idea? could potentially unlock funding earlier if there's a minimum TCR staked on the project.

it would be interesting to have info on curators, too: # of curators, flows challenged, rewards, etc.

a deeper analysis of how builders<>curators are connected based on their social graph/on-chain activity might help to have an overview and inform of possible collusion (if any) and prevent rugs from first-time grantees 

1-month lock sounds reasonable. minimum staked could work, too, but it would make sense for salaries higher than X amount
