Betting on the direction of the stock market, an index, or a particular stock. Hear me out: - no need to doxx/KYC/AML - not having to open and maintain an account with a broker - lower commissions than actual trading - 24/7 betting - more flexibility than with options - not having to hold the underlying asset

base case is always weather/climate -> insurance fair contests like sports works as long as recorded/attested (should be more local w/o production costs). idk, it seems like so many options & opportunities the best framing is just pick something and consistently reapply it to all valid events.

People love prop bets. Post election people will realize that everything ex elections are prop bets and go full degen on interest rate hikes, cpi, unemployment, gdp growth etc.
